But I don't judge you. I wasn't there, and I'm waiting on a phone call to pick a fight of my own, so I'm not really one to lecture.

I will say however that 'he probably deserved it' is among the stupidest logic I've ever heard for not interceding.

 

seamonster, you don't live anywhere in my vicinity, you don't know the shit I've dealt with, you don't know why I don't intervene, so why do you care? I didn't say how I would've handled the situation myself, nor will I now, because you've apparently already made up your mind about me.

Anyway, HERE, by the time the cops would even get to the scene, it would probably be too late anyway.

 

Fuck intervening in a fight that I have nothing to do with. Niggas may be carrying weapons for all I know.

Calling the cops wouldn't have achieved much either, they would have simply arrived after the fight was over, and that would have been that. The guy would have called the cops anyhow if he was jumped for no reason.

I would have went down to see if he was alright if he seemed really fucked up though.

Well, I know I sure wouldn't jump in the middle of a fight. And that's pretty much all I've said, you guys have just read way farther into it than you probably should. And sorry that I don't live in a city to know that police response time is quicker than 45 minutes.

 

A thread about fighting..that's turned into a fight. This couldn't be any better.

 

Hell, even a 5 minute response time is usually too late in a simple fight.

It's not like fights last that long, especially when it's 2 on 1.

Where I live, you pretty much have to take shit into your own hands, and you have to take care of yourself. You can't expect someone to intervene, and I don't expect if I was getting my ass kicked that someone would intervene if they didn't know me. So I just avoid getting myself into shit. You pretty much don't call the cops...ever...for any reason. Because they don't really help, they just seem to make shit worse.

well, the shooting a few weeks ago came from niggers, but i'm sure they've already been lynched for shooting up the mailbox and a house
