What happens when?

What happens when you swallow a toy that grows in water?Does it grow in your stomach?Wouldnt it be painful to get it out?

 

Aren't those usually just sponges? I figure you'd probably just shit out a sponge.

I should! My little brother gave me one for christmas but i dont think i should swallow it because its shaped like a t-rex and it could get up to 5 inches tall.I cut it open its made of some kind of gel.
