aha, i started by back combing

    i couldnt wait for them to form naturally so i went ahead last night and backcombed them. i found my old dread bead, and it still fits in one of the new dreads a formed. hollaaaaa

    ill bring some pics up later but i just look like medusa :p

    cool, cant wait to see some pics. i backcombed once and that was it. i didnt even really backcomb them that much

    i did the same, went natural for a month or so then backcombed pretty loosely, just to help them start out. it worked out fine though i still have a ton of loose hairs 2 months after backcombing.

    Now ill have to look for another dready around these parts. I dont see a hell of a whole lot of the, but theres some of us.

    they are looking like they are doing something. at first i was like noooo its not working then i remember it took them like 2 months to start locking. oh the progress
