Does anybody have any recipes, tips or tricks for making homemade soup noodles? I've tried making the recipes I found online, but I notice I always have trouble cutting the noodles and the dough always seems to stick to the counter even though I use enough flour. If anyone has a good recipe, let me know. And please don't send me any recipes that involve milk. There is usually a weird taste to the noodles if I make it with milk. I usually just use flour, water and eggs.
This is an old family secret, when you dry the noodles if it does say to in the directions. lay a bed sheet on the floor and lay out your dough to let dry. Also instead of trying to cut them it is much easier to break the dough into pieces. I will look for my recipe and get back to you, it may have milk in it though but i will check
