I'll not only be sacrificing my dreams of moving out but i'll be proving everyone who says i'm a little mommas girl and can never move out right. But it would be a lot cheaper and I could always move when I finish school. Right?

Or you could move out while you still are in school

By moving out I meant moving away. Far away.

If its cheaper and you don't have money to go somewhere else, then yeah, go to a local college.
And you're only 19, its really not that weird that you still live with your mama. And if someone's making fun of you because of that, then they're just lame. Not everyone has the opportunity to move out/away when they start college.
    You'll do it eventually.

Edit: You are 19, right ?

No i'm 16 but I only have a little over 10 months to have my applications in. Never to early to decide. The real reason I want to move away is because i'm bored. Really really bored of where I live.

One of the best reasons to move somewhere is to go to school there.

Why not apply to a few places far away and see what happens from there?

I'm looking at a place in Charleston right now actually. Just far enough so I won't be visited very often. But not far enough that I can't visit myself every once in a while.

Well i'd like to sit on a beach in the Bahamas but that doesn't pay much. I'm really worried that I haven't done well enough to get into a good school. I don't know what I want to be really.

you can always start at your local community college and then transfer later on.

If I've learned anything, it's fuck what everybody else says, and do what works for you. And trust me, staying home and working through community college sounds like a great idea once you reject it only to find out you can't actually afford the university you were going to instead, and have to drop the idea of school altogether until you can scrape up the means to go.
