Yeah man, like I said... its a terrible system. But really, the whole "debtor's prison" went out a hundred years ago in America and I don't think our nation would bring that back. So until then, people who have no insurance just get 400 dollar tickets when caught, but anyone who is hit by them simply has to take the loss. And even IF they have insurance... the insurance people are dicks, and they only pay you for the blue-book value of the car(with no features)... they don't care if you've got a 5 grand sound system in there or your rims or anything... so really, even when the insurance process works, people still get screwed. marksup123: It took ME less than a year to realize what you obviously haven't yet. Everyone gets in wrecks. Remember this. And when you get in your first one, imagine me in your head saying "Fuck you... I told you this would happen" Picture me smiling while I say it. Still, we can keep arguing... but its not going to satisfy you. The Accident Investigator declared them to be liable, and said I took the necessary actions to try and prevent it. He found me completely innocent of anything that could have contributed to the accident. You're no longer arguing against a teenager, but also a professionally trained man who determines the fault of car accidents for a living. That's his job, girly. And he'd say your wrong. Again... just a teenage girl wanting to argue because she thinks she knows a little something about nothing.
wrecks are trippy. ive crashed my car twice within 3 months of getting it. (second hand ford escort (wagon). bith times were totally my fault and involved no other vehicles (phew...). both also involved the idiotic belief that it is easy to powerslide/drift a front wheel ford. the first time i took out 3 wooden posts on a turn near my work. one pulled 3ft out of the ground, the other snapped. oddly, my car didnt even get scrathched and was pulled out by the company [heavy duty] truck. the second involved a nice slide, followed by a failed recovery consisting of several swerves and sideswiping a group of trees. now my mirror is shattered, reatached by brass plating, and the side is dented in. after being pushed to safety by a bumper-to-bumper rescue, the car still works fine. I love my car... I
everyone... except my dad. and i believe he's been driving longer than you. i trusted him to do a good job teaching me to drive and it has worked, clearly you put your trust in the wrong place. :hat:
