I know a guy who used to put a wet washrag on his dick (erect) and practice lifting it up. I never got to see this in action, nor do I know what the purpose was, but I thought I'd share anyway.

I would think the best "penis exercise" would be using it for its intended purpose as much as possible ...
it wont make it bigger, but it makes your erection stronger try flexing your penis when its soft and do that a bunch of times everyday and your boner will get stronger

Kegels can make you errection harder, and if your erection isn't very hard now, it will be slightly bigger once your pelvic muscles are in shape from the kegels. I use this method, approximately 2 months. When I started my penis was 6.6 Inches. After 40 days I counted my penis and was 7.0 Inches. I kept happy and having seen a difference in thickness.
