    I know a guy who used to put a wet washrag on his dick (erect) and practice lifting it up.

    I never got to see this in action, nor do I know what the purpose was, but I thought I'd share anyway.

    I would think the best "penis exercise" would be using it for its intended purpose as much as possible ...

    it wont make it bigger, but it makes your erection stronger

    try flexing your penis when its soft and do that a bunch of times everyday and your boner will get stronger

    I don't need to exercise my penis cz its already good. and don't want to have any problem might come from the exercise.

    Kegels can make you errection harder, and if your erection isn't very hard now, it will be slightly bigger once your pelvic muscles are in shape from the kegels.

    The real exercise to do is jelqing, or jelq.

    Visit www.thundersplace.org . It is a forum as big as the hipforums, and has members keeping progress reports and posting PROOF pictures and so on.

    I'm not spamming either. I get not benefit by directing people there. I just want to help men out (and women indirectly).

    I use this method, approximately 2 months.
    When I started my penis was 6.6 Inches.
    After 40 days I counted my penis and was 7.0 Inches.
    I kept happy and having seen a difference in thickness.
    Today I counted my penis again and is 7.5 Inches. In fact within 2 months increased the size of my penis by 1 inches and visible difference in thickness.
    But I will continue the exercise for 2 months more.
    Τo note that my erections are stronger and my sperm in the ejaculate is thrown farther

    You must do the exercises correctly. When doing the exercises do not have to be horny.
