pizza toppings

lets say you have a perfect crust with sauce ready for toppings.

what would you put on it?

chicken and jalhipino?

plane cheese?

basic supreme?

i need some ideas.

spicy stuff is damn good.

Sausage and pepperoni.

Or white pizza with lots of garlic.

home delivery, and i haven't taken count of my drinks, so i can't drive).

no sauce, with bell peppers.... mmmmm. oh with more parmesian cheese than you can ever imagine. yummy!!!!

 

Depends on my mood and the crust.. "perfect" crust is also variable.

White pizza, with crushed garlic , tomatoes and spinach.
thin greasy crust with green olives and mushrooms,
or spinach and artichokes,
fluffy crust with jalapenos and pineapples,
plain cheese.. with GOOD cheese.

 

What kind of stupid pico is that.

Pizza with cheese and chili and stuff, something I can get my jaws into.

 

oo oo oo or vegan pizza - no cheese just load of sauteed veggies.
broccoli, onions, peppers, shrooms,artichokes, spinach, olives, jalapenos, -maybe even some beans- anything on hand... yum.

 

Some ideas, habaneros, lamb, feta, cherry tomatoes, chipotle chiles, bbq chicken, shrimp, spinach, eggplant, rice, tofu, sheep cheese, chanterelle mushrooms, smoked moose, tomatilo, fried nopales, duck, shredded basil leaves, pesto etc etc

 

I like pineapple, sauce, cheese pizza the best. And I toss on dried red peppers for heat.

 

Bell peppers, onion, fresh tomatos and prawns. That's my pizza heaven.

 

On Homemade Pizza I usaully Add:

Pineapple
mushroom
Olives
Green Pepper
Tomato
Spinach

I'd Go with straight Bacon

I sautee portobello mushrooms, onions, fresh garlic, and bell peppers with olive oil and a lot of black pepper.

Put it on the crust with alfredo sauce. (don't go overboard.) Top with a few organic tomatoes and sautéed spinach. (Sautee the spinach in a seperate pan with garlic and olive oil.)

Cover with some of this fresh mozzarella.
