That is a completely differant thing. Trade is giving something in return for something you value more. What we do in Isreal is nothing like trade, they are a welfare state and are not motivated to move their economy forward because they know the US will be there to provide resources.

 

u talking about israeli or gaza? i just realised this but the u.s. gives gaza like atleast a 100 million $ a year and yet look at how shitty gaza looks i mean a 100 million $ is enough money to give like every1 that lives in gaza a million dollars each lol

I agree with about 2/3 of this. I only give a shit about my genes insofar as my brain (and therefore, my psyche) has evolved for the sake of my their propagation. There's enough going on subconsciously that I don't need to factor them into my conscious decision making. I hope that last paragraph was a joke.

I think that we should just give all the bleeding hearts who are oh so concerned about those places a machete and some kevlar, fly em over there for free and let them solve the problem themselves if it means that much to them.

this just shows you, in no way, understand the conflict thats going on

in your example about punching faces, the conflict had a very definite start, it started as soon as you punched the guy in the face, and yea he rightfully would want to punch you back

the conflict between palestinians and israel is nowhere near as cut and dry.

to understand why protestors, and the palestinians are upset, think about this.

palestine, against the wishes of the majority of its people, and many other countries was split up but the UN, and MORE than HALF was GIVEN to the jews. Think about that for a minute

say the UN decided that the US was going to be split up, and HALF was going to be GIVEN to the "native americans" How would you feel? How would you like to have your country, your home, your state, all of the sudden just given away? wouldn't that piss you off?

and to go further, once the jews were GIVEN half of Palestine, that wasn't enough for them. they continued to expand, and take over more land.

so following my previous example, the native americans now own half of the USA. your angry. your country and homeland has been stolen from you. NOW the native americans, not content with being handed half of a damn country, continued to expand, taking over more and more of america. you would probably be a little more upset, no? this is the exact same situation the palestinians are in, thats why they are upset

now the protestors are upset, becase they feel the palestinians have every right to be pissed off about the situation, and the jews treat the palestinians like criminals and terrorists simply because they are fighting to get THEIR homeland back
