and why were you like "search the fucking place then"? they need a warrant to enter a house unless they have consent from you, which you gave. granted your mom could have given consent, but see previous paragraph for how this could have been prevented.

it's a sad state of affairs when a mother would rather send her kid to jail than just have an honest conversation about drugs, alcohol and life in general. fix the fundamental problem here, i.e. family matters. try it, you might be surprised.

I was fucked up and pissed off, i just snapped. I'm finally back home, haven't got court date yet but they're charging me also with disorderly conduct which they'll put my balls on a nailed board, suppose i really insulted the officers and was very non compliant.

I said search the fucking place because my parents already gave consent, in my local paper my article was the biggest one in the arrest/criminal section, dunno why. The pills weren't mine but they're charging me for those too.

Makes me laugh though, busted, think they're gonna fuck up my shit and next day i was gettin high as fuck.
