Need help, afraid babys will die

Ok I really need some help. The leafs on my babys are starting to turn yellow on the inside of the leafs and more yellow on top of new leafs. The roots are starting to come out of the bottem of my potting container. Is the reason they are turning yellow because the roots are geting cramped up? or a bigger problem? And also one of my leafs are starting to curl. not like to much heat curl but like the hole leaf is curling whats up with that?
