Not the same. The material in poo originally came from outside your body, bringing micro-organisms with it. Poo is unused food and hungry microbes aren't that picky, so there are plenty present.

Urine is made by the kidneys. Any microbes in urine are being flushed from the urinary organs. Unless he has a urinary/bladder infection, urine is sterile.

 

I read somewhere that you can swallow urine just once then it becomes non-sterile. I'm cool with pissing on me but not in me or near my face!
