I catch myself clenching my teeth all the time

i used to do that all the time, try chewing gum or something. i know why i clenched myteeth all the time, it was white and powdery and now i don't have any chewing ability due to lack of teeth, bad teeth suck

 

Thats insane....my friend and I had our central heating running several hours a day and generally only payed 20 pounds a week between us for all electricity and gas.

P.S. Sorry to insult your country. I was poor as well and spent much time time at the local NHS clinic because it was free and warm and you got to talk to somebody.

 

wear 10 layers of clothes... I did that at one time....

well, I actually have...

I slept with a pair of leggings which I put on two pairs of shorts, and then three pairs of jogging pants along with three pairs of socks and then two tank tops, two tee-shirts with a long sleeve shirt and then a huge sweatshirt... with five blankets...Not ten layers but close enough... Yeah, it was uncomfortable as hell but I was warm...

 

Ok, fair enough.

 

But again, I wear five layers of clothes on a normal day...

But I am sorry about your heat situation, if I could I was send you warmness...

 

Gee whiz - I do feel depressed now.

 

The problem I have is I get hot and cold quickly.

I know our postal service is not the greatest in the world, but...
