Residual Self Image? Am i in the Matrix, lol?

Hey guys,

I've been growing and wearing The Locks now for just 7 months, but loving them....

Last week was the first time where I had dreadlocks in my dream...I thought that was cool and wanted to share.

Interested to know how you see yourself in your dreams in regards to your locks etc...and how long it took before you started to relate your image like that...

 

I dream frequently and I can honestly say I haven't noticed, I'll try and remember to remember when I wake up tomorrow having probably had a dream.

 

I dont have dreads in my dreads, but I always have a brace on my teeth. And last night I was wearing a mask????

 

you're both from the UK!! Meeee TOOOO!! I'm from Scotland, but I lived in Wales for 5 years. Studied there. How's life back in the UK? Cold I hear!

 

Yeah we are freezing our ares off here but last week was a killer,so damn icey I came off my bike!! I have 3 blankets on my bed and a hot water bottle...........Us english are so whiney aint we??? Where bouts in wales were you?

I lived in Newport for 2 years and Cardiff for 3. Here in HK, current there is a weather warning in effect called COLD!!! HA ha ha ha....Everyone is wearing boot, scarfs etc....even though it is actually 12 - 15 degrees today! LOL!! The problem here is that there is no heating anywhere, so it's just as cold inside as outside, my bed also have 2 blankets and a hotwater bottle! LOL!

 

wow thats actually pretty warm.. wait for it..............THE SUN newspaper said that it was minus 12 and it was colder than antarctica!
But sayin that there was a pic of the sea frozen....WTF??
I like the cold weather,I like frost.it looks pretty its just not good when you have no heating tho!

haha ! man it tripped me out so hard when i had a dream and i had dreads.. i think it was like a week or so after i got them.

 

the first dream i had with locks was weird. i pulled some off, then my old locks i wore them like a hat, i can't even remember it all. i posted it on this site actually.

 

ive only had one dreadlock related dream in my three-ish months, and it was scary! i was playing with one and a huge chunk of hair fell out :O i tried to put it back in haha

im in SE england, verry cold, some ponds and rivers round here are frozen!

 

You know now you mention it, I think some of my dreads were falling out too, to my horror...I can't remember how, but I was also trying to re - attach them some how.

 

I recently had a dream during which I combed them all out. I was like, "what did I just do?!"

 

I had a dream, someone cut one of when I was sitting on the bus, it grew straight back tighter than before, I laughed at him ahh... good times.

I had a dream last night with my dreads but I was back at my old high school...but my high school wasnt a high school it was a flea mart selling chinese imports. And there was a rasta who complimented my dreads and my boyfriends. But my boyfriend was being a dick and blew off the rasta guy. And then we argued. Then there were people dressed up like cabbages doing the hula hoop. It was a very strange dream indeed. I guess thats what you get when you go to bed full on chineese food and semi drunk?

I've had two dreams with my dreads, probably more with me wiitthh my dreads but these two are specifically to do with my dreads ^^

In both dreams (oh my, I typed "both dreads" first... aha xD I'm obsessed ) I somehow had "normal hair" again, and found myself soon panicing beause I didn't have my dreads!! In both dreams I remember running my fingers through my hair like I used to do, but I couldn't stand not having my dreadlings!! So in both dreams I was about to get my dreads re-done (yea I backcombed 'em... I used to hate having unbrushed hair, if you get what I mean... ANYWAY..) and I wake up!! I remmeber I actually had to check if I still had my dreads in the morning, cus in the dreams I was reeaallyy scared!!

*Strokes dreads* mmmm, dunno what I'd do without my babehs xD

 

Never really noticed. Only dread dream where I did notice was when I was visiting my parents I had one where I combed them out. Gave my mom shit next morning for influencing my dreams.

 

I had a dream 2 night ago. My hair is really short, so I haven't seen much progress. Anyways, in my dream my hair was past my nose and that when I began to see little knots forming.
