Its ok, I don't know where it came from exactly, It just means that you can't say that some people are more naturally beautiful than others. Everyone has their own perception of beauty, so someone you beleive isn't naturally beautiful, another person might disagree entirely and think there absolutely gorgeous. Look at all the posts on this thread, different people have different opinions on wearing foundation and make-up. Its the same thing, people have different opinions on beauty, and are attracted to different people, its the way we are, and thank goodness. Imagine if everyone was after the same type of person!

I wasn't trying to put your post down, I just wanted to make a point. I personally, am not a huge make-up fan, especially when the foundation is caked on so much it looks like the person is peeling. I however have nothing against people wearing it if they wish, and it makes them feel better about themselves. I admit I do wear a touch of eyeliner and masacara. It would be nice though, if people were more confident enough to realise that they are beautiful as themselves, whoever they are at least to someone, they don't need tons of products to cover themselves up. Thats something I firmly beleive in.

 

Wearing makeup is kinda essential when your eyebrows are so light that when you don't fill them in you look like a scared rabbit. Talking about me, sadly.

 

I never wear any makeup at all, Im just not a fan and have never felt the need to. I dont like the look of it when women overdo it so theyre orange or as the poster above said peeling! But I appreciate its their choice, I personally just find a more natural look more attractive. Also of course the more you wear makeup the worse your skin problems tend to get from all the chemical rubbish. And a lot fo the time women just do it because everyone else is, not becasue they actually have much of a reason to. They could actually save their skina dn still look lovely

I had a makeup girl give me a makeover before my wedding...she took ages...when she showed me the mirror, oh my I freaked. I was brown with an orangey tinge. Bright colours around my eyes. I looked like a different person altogether. Really scary!...And Id asked for natural. It took ages to scrub off *random fact about me*

 

I never wear makeup, everybody at school looks like a clown(they can if they want to.)When i see guys with makeup on it freaks me out

 

The cake look is never a good look but there are many ways to do makeup that can enhance your natural beauty. I use a lil powder and eyeliner sometimes. I like putting it on, I feel cute and girly and it's thereputic. I use Dr. Hueska or 10% vegan mineral make up. I'd never put chemical crap on my skin. Since I have dreads I don't brush my hair or 'do' it as such. And I like spending a lil bit of time on myself in the morning, reather than just throwing on clohthes after a shower. My hubby calls it mymirror time <3 I only look in the mirror in the morning and then feel ready for the day <3

I agree, make-up is fucking stupid, and annoying as fuck to get on me when i'm kissing someone.

 

i generally don't like it when people wear make up, i don't wear any. i kinda pray for people to find the confidence to just go without it, and to be natural .. i dont know - i dont understand why they wear it. they feel 'naked' without it where as i feel 'fake' if i wear it ...if they do wear it, whatever. it's up to them.
