It depends on what you're normally used to taking, but I'd recommend taking like 20 mg tops, if you dont have a very high opiate tolerance, to begin with. It'll take awhile to kick in, so don't go taking more after that, thinking it won't but just give it about 1.5 - 2 hours before you think about dosing higher. It's stronger than oxycodone so you'll be fine with that dose, I think but again, I don't know unless i know your usual opiate tolerance hope this helped M
no tolerance to methadone? Or opiates? 30mg will be a lot if you have a very low/no opiate tolerance, but you'll be safe, just prepare for a very euphoric high after about an hour and a half!
If you have no tolerance to opiates, try 15mg. If you do you have a mild tolerance, go ahead and go with 30mg. Be careful with re-dosing on methadone as it has a long half-life.

yeah, seriously, wait a full 2 hours before you would even consider taking more. But I gaurantee you, you'll be more than content with 15mg of it.
30mg with NO tolerance will have you puking your ass off crying for your mother. Try 10mg tops, and I would really recommend starting with 5mg. Methadone is fucking STRONG. Also, don't redose. You may think you need to, but it takes a long ass time before Methadone is fully working. Just do 5 or 10, and if it doesn't work like you want it to, WAIT until next time.
