Can anyone ID these two little friends that I just picked up??? There was no label on them. They are bluish in color with yellow/brown spikes, however they each only have 5 ribs. Thank you all.
not any cacti that contains mescaline that i know. its a common mistake with IDing, hope u get over it ..
Thanks Rasta...the more I learn, the better off I'll be. Would you say the cacti in the picture are similar to SP or PT, but a bit thinner ribs, and less of them? Also I think the SP's and PT's are a bit rounder and fatter. What do you think? Thanks very much!!!
Thanks again to everyone who has replied, I think I found one, either a san pedro, or a bridgesii. I found this little guy almost falling out of the pot, and some idiot had hot-glued a fake flower on it (I guess for looks)I had to replant the little fella and perform some minor surgery to remove the flowers. Please let me know what you think. Am I correct, is it a trichocereus? Thanks again friends.
You are indeed skilled at ID'ing cacti! Wow! Thanks again for your help Omacatl! I'm glad I could save this little cactus from certain doom!
