I was wondering about these, they're anti depressants right? I have some and could get a whole bottle if I like them. At first I thought they were blood pressure medicine but now I know what they are. Anyone here actually try them and if so what are the effects? Is it possible to crack open the capsule and snort the powder? Help me out please, much appreciation!
He's right. They are no-fun pills. If cymbalta were an SSRI (which it's not, it's an SNRI), you could take them everyday as if they were your medication and then after a couple weeks, alcohol would be MUCH stronger for you (something around 2 to 4 times as potent).... but that would be a pretty stupid idea if you don't actually have depression and aren't perscribed the med, because you'd most likely experience some weird unpredictable mood changes and potential instability. If you want an alcohol potentiator, take some benadryl or some benzos... neither of which are that smart either.... Wow... i'm sorry about ranting like that.. i got distracted i guess... Like i said: no-fun pills
I just want a numb feeling, I got risperidone, they say they make your emotions numb. That's all I want, I'll just sling the cymbaltas.
cymbaltas make you trip if taken with WEED. idk had them cymbaltas and felt well after going through something.. Only had a months worth though.. risepidal is a anti-psycotic?? youll grow tits taking that shit..
so you're looking for a self-medicated emotional isolation? In my experience, being emotionaly numb is not exactly the best feeling. Are you depressed and just sick of feeling that way? Cuz IMO, opiates would be better choice for feeling happier than antidepressants if theyre not perscribed to you. Also use of stimulants like amphetamines or methylphenidate do a pretty good job of making someone feel numb or robotic... Taking an antidepressant changes the neurochemistry in your brain in dramatic long-term ways that can actually perminantly alter your brain's synapses if youre not carefull. Also, many antidepressants can have negative sexual side effects that last for days, weeks, or years even after you've stopped taking the medication. What I'm saying is, there are other ways out there to feel better or even feel numb that don't include using antidepressants... it's just not a smart idea
Thanks for the advice and I understand, the only thing I can get ahold of ATM is benzos and cymbatlas and risperidone, so what do you think would happen if I ate one or two risperidone? Bad/good?
the use of risperidone (even for its intended use) is usually thought to be not the best treatment. It's an anti-psychotic and isn't considered an abusable drug by most people. I wouldn't recomend that you take it, but I honestly don't know all that much about the effects it would have on you. If you do end up taking them, post back here about the effects, i'd be interested to know how it goes.
They're 2mg pills so I'm going to take one tommorow and see how that goes, if I end up in the hospital or some shit I'll report back. I'm done with this forum but after experimenting with these things I'll post back and let you all know the results.
Anti-depressants don't give you a high. First of all, most anti-depressants take a few weeks to get into your system, so you won't even notice any effects until taking them for a longer period of time. One time use of them isn't going to do anything, they are not recreational at all. You can't "sling" these either, unless you find some idiots who don't know anything and they just eat any pill they come across. Don't start using these medications unless you really need them. If you want to feel emotionally numb, then go talk to a psychiatrist, because you have some issues you need to work through it seems.
Hey at least he asked instead of just snorting them and then posting "Hey I just sniffed some Cymbalta!". You gotta give him that.
Fair enough. I just don't understand why kids (not saying you MrDot, just in general) think that if it requires a prescription, it must fuck you up. Seems like that is the general consensus in the younger newer drug users. The only prescription pills that really have any recreational value in my opinion are opiates, benzos, sleep-aids (and that is questionable as to what recreational is) and muscle relaxers.
I agree with most.. I only deem benzos and opiates as potential candidates. As far as pharms go... But, it does seem kids under the age of 17 will take any pill they see without knowing what is or researching the smallest bit. Hell, they will buy it.
Trazodone is an anti-deppressant right? My one friend gave me a couple when he couldn't get me some Tabs. They gave me like a sedated feeling. Wellbutrin also gave me a nice euphoria. But I never took too much Wellbutrin cause they can cause heart problems.
The risperidone, which is an antiphsycotic will put you in a sedated state of mind, pretty much not give a fuck if someone stuck a gun to you and blew a whole in your arm. It all depends on how the chemicals in your brain react to it, if my brain functions normally I may get all the yummy sedated effects. The anti-depressants, yeah I might try taking cymbalta for a week cuz I have shit tons of them and see how that goes (I am clinically depressed.) I'm going to a phsyc evaluation tommorow, so they might be prescribing me some stuff, hopefully I'll get what I need and get some stuff for my ADHD, I'm failing school because paying attention and doing homework seems like a task that'll never be finished. Plus hell, WHO WOULDN'T WANT ADDYS!? haha.
