this has been one of the warmest winters NJ has seen in a while atleast I think so... or maybe I just don't leave my house enough to tell. ha :cheers2: still - 60s are my favorite temperature of all time. if I could live a place where it was 65 and clear all year round I'd be in heaven
i prefer 70s and 80s. that's my favorite temperature. if i could find a place where it was 70s and 80s all year round and was cheap to live, i'd be in heaven. unfortunately, everyone wants to live somewhere like that, so it's expensive.
lol. it was straight up 75 the other day. ridiculous... last night it was in the low 40s. it actually snowed for like 30 minutes about a month ago, pretty unheard of. still hasn't gone below freezing 100 degree summers. i spend a lot of time in the water.
i may move to austin. except the humidity would kill me. i'll just winter there with you, how does that sound?
sounds good to me.. austin is amazing and you get used to the humidity. barton springs pool is always wonderfully cold... costs three bucks to get in and it supports a good cause. you lay out in the sun topless till your sweating, then you dive in the creek and swim around till you miss the sun... get out of the water and this warm breeze dries you as you walk back up the hill to your chill spot. i know perfection.
it's fantastic. we also have a gorgeous lake and lots of parks... and barton creek is quite long, there are bike trails and other places you can hike to and swim, drink beer and smoke, and they're free
I have a cousin in Austin and I saw her over Thanksgiving and she was telling me I should look at schools out there (for when I'm ready to transfer next November)... I seriously am thinking about it now. lol.
do it! we can chill. st edward's is a good school, UT fucking rawkz, TCU is in san marcos which is also good and about 20 minutes from austin... and even austin community college is good for getting credits out of the way during summer n chit
