I assume you are training your dog (and I respect that), but I do not believe people like you (Who claims to just be a "whiny pussy" and with no proof of a disablity) should be allowed to claim a Service dog status, just because your dog is your only friend.

I just threw Petsmart into the conversation because they are pet friendly as a company policy. Home depots have no policy on pets. I was told I could not have my dog in there, even though he was on a leash and created no mess.

 

service animals are concidered companion assistants.. ppl that have zenophobia can have a regular dog to help them with anxiety, Mini horses and pot belly pigs can also be used.. they dont have to proform any tasks..

These are the most important in a assistant dog, whether its police dog or companion.. If the dog is frightened and stuff, bolts at the sounds of loud noise it wouldnt be very safe..
Real police dogs have escaped handlers and have been become just another dog when found..

as you said theres 2, but this is for handicaped ppl.. Im not really sure how all that works..
But police dogs trained up to many levels and can retire as simple service dogs.. these must undergo evaluations during their service also..

Service Animals are meant for people with DISABILITIES, to which dragon fly has stated includes being a "whiny pussy", "crazy" and "arthritis" in her knee, yet strangely she can walk around a mall with a dog, who is currently untrained. There is no middle ground for training. Either a dog is trained to do a job, or it is not. Since a service dog has a job (providing service to disabled people) and it is not currently trained, she fucked the system through a loophole to get a 'Certification' that her untrained dog is infact 'trained'. Even on her 'Certification' she listed a disability, to which I'd bet she does not have.

so what you're saying is that there's no time in the beginning stages of a dogs life to get trained? because i mean shit she's one even a year old yet, and it's very difficult to train your service animal and not take it out to the general public to be trained.

I did not say that. I implied that a dog who is UNTRAINED should not be "Certified" as a service dog until that animal can infact provide a service. Wagging tails and chewing on shit is not a service to the ADA who fights for rights of DISABLED PEOPLE (which you have not stated you are) and their animals (who help them, not just chew on shit). I did not say that your dog should not be out socializing and exploring the "General public," but the fact that your dog is, in the eyes of people with disabilities, USELESS. You are tricking people into believing that your dog has a purpose other than chewing on shit and wagging her tail.
