The prices for the Dead tickets are kind of outrageous.

I'd pay this price if Jerry was there, but he won't be. However, this may be the only chance I get to hear my favorite band's songs played live, I think I might pay it anyway.

What does everyone else think about these prices?

Man, 45 dollars for lawn at Shoreline? That is a little expensive but you better believe I am still going to go :)

i dunno, man. i mean they still have their own bands and shit going on and i bet they're making a bunch of money off of those projects.
I sure as hell hope they will tour together, that would be awesome but i don't think they would only get back together for the money, or at least i hope not lol.
at any rate, this is an awesome chance that i can't let pass. if they get together and do another tour then great but if they don't then i got to see this show. plus, i'll be able to say i went to the dead's reunion concert

I wanted to go to every show, but the prices are discouraging me a bit from doing so.

Wow, people bitch too much about ticket prices. How meny tours do you think the dead have left in them. I mean phil is pushing sixty and has had a lot of health problems recently. This could be the last time they tour for all we know. Can you really put a price on that and still call yourself a deadhead? I think not.

i'm sure a lot of real dead heads aren't going to be able to go because of the cost. a lot of dead heads would only be able to get a ticket by selling stuff in the lot before the concert because these people had no jobs seeing as they went where the dead went

it's too bad people won't be able to go because of the prices.. don't you think so?

I am of the firm belief that there is always a way. You just have to want it bad enough.

It would be a lot more affordable if they would come here. We've been getting some decent concerts, but nothing that good. With another munchkin on the way, I'm a bit tapped out. Would love to go though. I saw them at red rocks a few years back. Awesome show. Captain Zeep and I need to talk them into coming to the quest center.

I could comment that I saw Jerry for $15, but I'm old so it doesn't matter.
I am sort of split. I'd like to go, and Pepsi center is on the RTD line.
but I waaaaay prefer Red Rocks, even with the transport being dodgy here.
