I actually do like walking to work though, theres just an air on the eastern sea board, when its bitter like this, it reminds me of being a young boy in Quebec, Ive since moved from there, but Its almost like I can feel my ancestors from French Canada through the cold and bare deciduous trees.

I just think its kind of nice, as long as your not out in it for too long.

I can't stress enough my beast like hardcoreness -walking to work everyday in -30 to -50. I feel like a warrior everytime I leave the house...and the people even futher north are even more so!

still not the worst kinda cold there is, but its fucking frigid

 

i drive to work but it's no better... i have no heat in my vehicle and the inside is filled with snow that keeps attaching itself to the inside of my windshield, forcing me to turn on the defroster even though it just shoots air at me that feels even colder than outside...

 

even without heat you're better off driving, and putting up with the temperature for just a little while, than walking and putting up with it for much longer

Hey, its like -15 °C here. I have no heat in my house, no heat in my school...And I'm not complaining ! -3 is nothin'.

Around New England this morning we had a low of -37 F in Caribou, ME, -29 F recorded at the mount Washington observatory (with an effective wind-chill of -100 F below) and stepping outside it was -10 F to -15 F locally
