nothing wrong with insanely hot food. i know almost everything i eat contains some sort of hot sauce or crazy spice

my vote goes to open interpretation on manner of preparation....no limits as to HOW to cook, but because zilla could potentially get all up in a tizzy about meat, let's stick to fish or poultry for meat, if a dish must include it. (unless she starts crying about chicken or turkey or something....then i don't know what to do)

i propose a forum-wide cook off, to convene sometime this summer (northern hemisphere summer, that is)
