Do I need a friend watching me if I use the quid method?

    Planning on trying a quid with salvia leaves and i'm wondering how intense it will be? Will I need a spotter?

    quid method is the traditional method and the shaman stays by.
    and the effects will last waaay longer,
    salvia divinorum is a weird (in a good way), kinda inpredictable plant,
    so...
