Israel rains fire on Gaza with phosphorus shells

Just as I predicted, the Israelis withdrew from Gaza (if the wirelines are correct) two days before the inauguration of the new American president.

Gardener, you say "I hope they are prepared to go it alone". The Israelis have lost my sympathy, and quite frankly I have no hopes for them one way or the other, so long as they leave their neighbors alone. At the same time I can't understand foreign countries such as the U.S. providing them with further military or economic aid.

Tzipi Livni may be attractive, but so are a lot of street whores who are less dangerous.

 

brave sir rubin lives in america, an israeli who has posted on this site looking for advice on how to not go back to israel. i notice that he actively supports israel yet strangely won't go back there.

saying that , he is certainly a lot more honest about this that the other war mongers on this site who would have you believe that not much has/is going on in gaza. rather like the nazis, human rights violations are being swept under the carpet and ignored.

the israelis should be extremely suspicious of people who provoke wars with no reason nor end.

turn off the money tap to the religious right wing of israel and most problems will whither away without anyone getting angry.

israel lost its way when the right wing fanatics took over, at that point negotiations were over.

in recent memory the assassination of yitzhak rabin has gone almost unoticed, who ever talks about yitzhak rabin these days? like kennedy his passing heralded a new era of wars. with negotiotions going so well the religious right wing were somehow able to casually walk in a kill rabin, despite israel having an all powerful secret service.

like the zealots before them the religious right wing sent a powerful message to all secular jews - fall in line or wear the consequences like rabin.

 

I remember Rabin, and I remember Arafat not as a terrorist but as a leader proffering peace. Israel did it's best to erase the fact that both were leaders towards peace. I abhor the way Arafat was allowed to die, cut off from the medical care he needed under the guise that the world was protecting Israel from a terrorist. Instead what we did was promote the truly terrorist zionist element in Israel.

News flash:
Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni commented to a reporter on recent events in Gaza. "Gee, 1300 dead, mostly civilians, in just three weeks? Must have been the icy roads down there. Those Arabs just never learn how to drive."

I think that's the way the world views Israel today. And who is to blame...not Hamas, Israel.

 

Is she Israel's answer to Palin? About as much credibility. Are they buying her a new wardrobe?

At the minimum, the time has come when Israel shoud be refused foreign aid by all countries.

the problem is jesus is dead and no one apart from people who knew him has seen him for some 2000 years.

jesus was killed by the romans at the request of the religious right wing of israel.

christianity was a religion formed after jesus' death, his teachings have caused many deaths.
