After drinking a few beers or 10, I used to turn into freaking cleptomaniac. I'll go to the gas station and stock up on munchy food and sunglasses, and I don't even wear sunglasses. About 5 years ago, a couple friends and I went around to all the gas stations in the wee hours in the morning and took all the squeegess(sp?) I swear we ended up with about 50 in all. I think I've managed to stop my naughty ways, as I haven't stolen anything in bout 2 years.
stolen quite a lot. my mate got caught stealing a big bottle of vodka tho. that stopped us for a bit. but i steal every now and then...
*nods* I think it's pretty sad when people steal shit because they "like it" or it's pretty or any of the other lame excuses people have. You can justify it however you want, it's still stealing. It's taking something that doesn't belong to you. I mean surviving I can understand but I hope I never get to the point at which I have to steal food to survive.
yeah i used to steal, but that was when i was young and dumb. now i'm old and dumb but dumb about way different things...like boys...
but faelixx NEEDS hair dye!!! waaaaaaaah, i dont wanna spend money on cosmetics, but i want them anyway
I don't shoplift, however, the last thing I did shoplift was a bottle of wine, and that was only because the bartender was all drunk and taking entirely too long to ring me up so I just walked out
Me and my classmates used to do it regularly about 2-3 years ago. There was a long-ass line in the small store next to our school once and one of mah homiez was sick of waiting and had to get to class so he just walked out with a can of Coke. There were no round mirrors or cameras so we started doing it, one moron got caught once and that ended the whole thing. My strategy was always to stick something in my pocket and then buy something. Less suspicion and that.
yeah that whole getting caught thing totally brings down the thrill addrenaline, which in turn totally sux...
Ahahahahahahaha, I can't believe I didn't read this way back in the day and I hope to god that in the past year you've realized that not every place is like New England. I never even saw a soup kitchen until we got lost in Dallas and it was CLOSED. Those shelters and dumpsters of food and so on don't exist in small town USA.
