IS there any way to tell if Marijuana is laced with crack or other drugs?

title says all. I have never tried marijuana, and don't plan to till im 16-18 so I want to be prepared when I do, so I don't get into crack or any other shit.

if your not planning on using it till your 16 dont even think bout it now, drugs and their components change all the time,what anyone may tell you now could be compleatly different to 3 yrs down the line.

here's how to tell if it's laced, if you bought it, it's not.

 

Dont think a dealer would lace mj with crack but other ppl your smokin it with might be mixing it up with harder stuff for that extra kick.

 

Looks like your parents and schooling did their job. I have never heard of somebody actually getting laced weed. Your dealer is not looking to kill somebody or waste money giving you more than you paid for. The only thing you should be worried about when you first pick up is dealers taking advantage of your lack of knowledge of prices.

 

Hey dont bash the kid. The first time my friend bought it the dealer accidentally gave him a sack laced with pcp....so it could happen! But its pretty hard to tell...but youll know once you start tripping balls?

 

the only thing you should worry about your weed being laced with is oregano....nobody's lacin your shit with crack, they just don't like you that much.....

 

it cost the dealer money to lace your pot, and then the price goes up to the buyer which is negative when it comes to a sale.

however one time I did get a bag of weed with pcp in it ONE time, in 12 years of daily smoking.

Dude, we all know this to be funny. Only from experience do we learn these things. You all have to remember that there is more negative propaganda out there about weed than you can shake a pot plant at. It's become a regular statement about weed, "don't buy dope they lace it with other drugs to get you addicted." Pretty much out of the propaganda handbook. This is why this question gets posted so much on the forums. This is why we need to educate and not make them feel more uninformed. Knowledge is power.

So, in other words. No, a dealer will not lace your weed with other drugs because that would mean their profit margin would be lower. Dealers don't make that much off of weed. They make up for it in bulk and steady sales. As long as you are paying the current market value for your purchase then I would assume it is not "laced".

I find it a very good thing that you want to wait. I think 16 is a good age to try it and 17 would be better. Get to know about it first. I asked a ton of questions about weed and read a lot about it before I tried it for the first time. I did not try it for the first time until I was almost 30. Not for lack of ready and willing friends to provide me with weed. I might have received a contact high once when I was younger because I was in a tent with a friend when he was smoking. Other than that I waited. Hell, I did not even smoke in college. Drank my share though.

 

The only thing to worry about would be PCP, and even then that's rare. I know 2, maybe 3, people who have smoked laced weed and I've heard a couple stories (that are true) about others. Don't worry about it and the best way to avoid it would be to buy in weight or grow, but at 16 you're probably not going to grow it. Buy a half ounce from a good friend who deals and you're fine. As far as your signature, change it, I don't want to judge but the fact that you're 13 and have never smoked marijuana makes it a pretty weird signature, on top of the fact that it's kind of weird in the first place. I started at the age of 14 and didn't really like it and then around 16 I really started to like it a lot more and began smoking more regularly and that's how it's been. I've taken some breaks and cut down so I'm not smoking every day.
And you're still young so please, please, please keep these words in your head for life: "Never let marijuana be the focus of your life". PLEASE remember that. If you smoke it's fine but if you're sober and constantly focusing on smoking, or the last time you smoked, or the next time you'll smoke, or how you're going to buy more this weekend or whatever that's not good. Keep your hobbies and friends, don't let marijuana interfere with them. Personally when I was 15-16 a lot of my friends and I all loved skateboarding and they started smoking a lot more and gave it up. To this day they're lives as far as I'm concerned revolves around smoking weed, buying weed, and playing xbox. They even slowly quit all their other hobbies that involved physical activity (unless you count video games as one). So ya, wait a few years, don't worry about it being laced (make smart decisions, don't just start smoking with people you don't know, especially if they're older, and don't buy weed from anyone you've never met/seems sketchy, if your gut tells you something's not right trust it and don't buy from them). The people who had laced weed all bought it from a sketchy guy or lady they'd never met or smoked it with some sketchy, older people they'd never met. Make good decisions and don't throw your teen years away for drugs. And if you start smoking make sure you think you can deal with the consequences of your parents finding out. If not be ready to either not smoke or do a REALLY good job of hiding it, I mean like, not even keeping your stash in your house.
