i want to be nice, freindly and cahtty and just at peace with teh world and all that ihabits iT! i am trying so hard to see the best in people i usee the best in most people but just some people i can't help but feel hostile towards... weed is helping...brings unity and peace... what do you suggest? medditating? yoga?moreweed??
Try out everything, we cant suggest what is going to help out your personal mindset. But you have to also realize that there are just some people out there that no matter what you do, they just want to be thorns in the sides of others.
Learn to trust people..... I find that I will automatically trust eveyone until they burn me then I just keep an eye on them. If they fuck me over then I just don't deal with them at all. The best thing to do is to be interested in other people and show concern. Follow the golden rule and you can't go wrong. If you treat everyone like you want to be treated then you will be that much better for it. I find that really caring just goes a long way.
The way I've learned to cope with negative people that I encounter is to remember that we all play a role in a much larger picture than most can actually see without the help of mind altering substances. Some people existance's highest calling is to merely provide a good example of what not to be. There has to been the negative to support the positive. Without space to hold it, Earth wouldn't exist. Waves are sustained by troughs - this concept may be applied to all facets of one's journey through life. I learned this through studying Dr. Alan Watt's lectures on Zen and his books - What is Zen is a great easy one to start with. You can find some Alan Watts audio material online to begin your voyage. You may find answers to age old questions, like no if no ear drum having creature is in the forest when the tree falls - then it doesn't make a sound. Sound is only possible when vibrations in the air encounter an ear drum. the above posts are very truthful. when you talk to people, be outgoing, smile alot, laugh alot, and be a nice person. you will usually find that people do the same back to you.
Whenever i feel like throwing someone out the window, i take a look at myself and realize i'm just as fucked as anyone else. Usually calms me right down. Also yeah, doing yoga helps a lot. You get so pissed off at the exercises and you struggle so much to do them that you really don't have much anger left after that.
