Hey everyone i just wanted to share some pictures of my progress. Its been about 3 weeks now of doing it the neglect method and so i thought people might be interested on how they are looking. Theres not much to them right now but i am sure they will come
not bad progress at all conciodering the relative shortness you may wanna keep an eye on the back there so u dont get too big of dreads other then that its looking pretty goiod, if it was just 2 inches longer the progresss would be even more aparent. as its going now i think your looking at aboutr 2 months before theyre really looking like dreads..mostly cause of the length

cool! well i really dont want to put all that junk that those dread companies are trying to sell. I just feel like my hair should do what it does naturally. Also this has something to do with it. Struggles for equality, non hierarchical, etc. world take a long time and do not happen overnight. It is a process...its weird linking my dreads together with that but thats one of the main reasons, so i chose the neglect method since that takes a long time too.

Hey so today is around a month. This is such a long process but i refuse to give in haha. Theres really not much change from the last pictures . me and my crazy hair lol Sorry about the cell phone pictures. I dont have a camera
actualy your making good progress, i see it changing alot in each the hair is slightly short for quick naturals but its ok they are on track ikf the lengtrh wss double they'd be dreads by now, but theyree on the way im guessing at 3 months which should give ya a crucial extra inch of growth that'll jump start it i know tyou feel a months been a long road already and thinking 2 more is double that but hacve no fear they are doing just what they should all id do is kinda tame any tendency to over combine u got good sdections forming already use those as a guide and keep em from luming up one sextion into another post updates every few weeksyou'll probly have ,,hmm 4 updates of crazy bed hebedfore u see the 1st odvios dreads (although you can see anfdd feel em close up now lil cant u?) concider adding beads and it will quicken the process (or tie yarn around the tips..wool yarnbut change it after a few weeks)
