someone is playing guitar upstairs..

Right above my room I think.. it's pretty good.. I wanna meet them! Should I get drunk and randomly knock on their door? I need an excuse. Maybe go up to do my laundry and then double-check their room number first.

I was thinking about asking for "man" help with opening this bottle I can't open. But if they're a musician.. they might not be so manly..

 

not to mention women can play guitar too...

 

yea I heard "him" sing though - definitely a guy

 

I use to live directly above an opera singer. It was horrible.

 

Go up there and offer to blow his trombone.

 

Just go knock. Maybe he is really nerdy. Maybe you wont like him... go and tell him you like the music. Make friends. yeah that's it.

 

this is what i've done and worked. get one of your wine bottles and go knock on their door and ask them if they have a cork screw. lol. it works! me and my old roomie wanted to meet some guys that lived in the apartment down a few, and we did that.

 

I say you go upstairs, knock on the door, and say 'oh I'm sorry wrong room. hey who are you?'

Hmm. You have to approach this very carefully. I'd say your best bet is to take up the Banjo. And then, once you're pretty good, run upstairs, knock on the door, and upon him opening it, bust out a sweet series of banjo licks. That'd definitely impress me

Or I suppose you could just go up and introduce yourself and say you like his music.

 

ok. you need to take some sort of container and fill it with some sort of lethal, but detectable gas. mixing bleach and ammonia works well. you then put a tube from your container under his door. then just sit outside and wait for him to come running into the hall.

if this takes too long for your tastes, you can use actual gasoline, and light it when you're ready for him to make his entrance.

 

I'd say probably introduce yourself and say you like the music or something... it's what I would do. If you play, ask to jam... though he might not be into that lol

I love hearing people playing in the other room... I miss my old place, it was full of musicians.
