some questions for the experts

I have 600 fresh grms of shrooms, and was wondering how do you make prints, so I could cultivate some of them? I also am planning on doing pf tek with 1/2 pint jars, and was wondering how big of a yield do you get off using the chronic tek. I dont want to birth the jars into a tubberware (not stealthy)

to make a print put the shroom cap down on a piece of paper and cover with a shot glass or something liek that, be sterile during this, and when were they picked, it might be too late now if the spores already dropped. you can expect like 5 dry grams off each cake on average, but a lot more if u case them.
