Dream Job

what is everyones dream job, if you dont have a real job like you 16 or 17 what do you want to be as your career or if you do have a real job is it your dream job and are you happy there cuz i read that only 15-18% of people are truely happy with the jobs. i am also reading a good book on the subject called what color is your parachute? for teens by Richard Bolles check it out


my dream job is to be a glass blower and i hope i find a couple of classes and maybe an aprenticeship some where soon

I was just laid off from the best job I have had to date.

If I had the cash resources to allow me to do anything I want, I would like to be a nail technician. I would love to be able to apply color to the nails of those allowed to wear it.

 

Record producer, I constantly listen to albums and be like "well this is good but this should be mixed in high, this shouldn't be so split, this would be perfect if it had some echo, this whole thing is too bass heavy, ect"

 

to own a marijuana shop in the Netherlands, or maybe a medical one here in California haha. I have a couple years to go so maybe Obama will be smart and legalize all marijuana and start a new industry. Could aid us a little bit in getting us the fuck out of this economic break down.

 

I wanna own a record store or write episodes and create a show for something like Adult Swim.

im that way now too. back when i was 14 i wanted to be a lawyer or an investment banker so i could be rich. but id rather be poor and happy that be a coke head ordering in 14yo thai boy prostitutes and going to jail for fraud

 

yea... if you ask kids what they want to be it's always either doctor or lawyer because they want mansions and ferraris and butles and shit... but i know someone who is a surgeon and has all of that. He hates it. Working ridiculous hours every week, sometimes not seeing his wife for days, and when he does have free time he always has to carry his pager around. Alot of times he has to leave movie theaters and family gatherings because his pager goes off... sounds terrible

photographer is the more realistic one that i am going to school for but i would love to just build guitars all day long...its just so much fun and so relaxing

Since a dream is a dream, I can alter the circumstances slightly. In my dream marijuana has been legalized for medical use on the federal level, and I would grow marijuana in mass quantities for the government.

 

Right now I want to open a late night donut shop and name it Glazed and Confused. Open it near a big state school, give it that stoner kind of feel like Mellow Mushrooms. Would be dank.
