I dont. To be honest, I feel perfectly fine, minus the part where my appetite is gone. A couple months ago I got a headache while I was high. The only reason I wasnt fussing over it was because I was smoking salvia earlier that day and whenever I smoke salvia, I usually get a headache after the trip.

maybe it has nothing to do with smoking.

Like others say it could be totally unrelated, but headaches are common when smoking, and headaches are common when quitting any substance one's body is used to. As long as they aren't severe or strange or last very long (both as distinct headache events and the length of total time you've been getting them) i wouldn't worry.

often it's dietary or otherwise lifestyle related

They are probably just stress headaches. They are a common withdraw effect with marijuana users. You need to relax.

Get a friend to give you a neck massage.

Maybe you just suffer from migranes. It might not be the weed at all, I do suffer from migraines and when i smoke weed it helps them, but sometimes when i smoke too much it brings them on.
