I would want to be in driving school A LONG time before I felt comfy driving places reg, and they don't really do that here- everyone is so unserious about driving, like its nothing...and those shitty drivers are all the more reason to be afraid to drive.

You donot need a licence to drive any vehicle these days, however in the event that you are stopped by the police, then you are required to have one. Just something worth taking note.

My mom taught me how to drive...badly. Then Daniel retaught me how to drive. My uncle used to run a driving school, though. I don't know what that has to do with anything. I was 15 when I started driving but 18 before I barely passed the driving test.
