What places on the body have the highest and lowest level of pain to pierce/tattoo/scar? I am thinking about getting my first tattoo and am thinking of either doing it on the right shoulder blad or in the upper middle of my back. I am still gonna get it done even if it hurts like hell, but I just want to be as prepared as I can be for it. Its the only place I could think of to put this tattoo without it looking strange: http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/album.php?albumid=1044&pictureid=10150 Thanks in advance Tiffany
everyones different I found my forearm was the least painful place, inside of my bicep was killer, ive heard backs quite easy except on guys the lower part is a bitch hah just get it done it only hurts for a little bit
I got 2 small stars on my chest, right above my boobs, and it hurt like hell. It broke me out in a cold sweat but it only took him about 10 minutes to do them. As far as piercings, I've never had any that really hurt so I'm not sure about that. Good luck!
so fair the ditches (insides of my elbows) and my thumb have been the worst for tattoo's everything else has been cake.
The calf muscles fucking hurt like a bitch. I got big tats on both mine, and those were by far the worst.
I got mine on my foot. I heard that the feet hurt a lot, but it wasn't unbearable. I found that it hurt more the closer he got to my ankle. I had it done with a bamboo needle, so I don't know if a conventional needle would hurt more...
mine is on the back of my neck, didnt hurt a bit. but i went in thinking it was going to be unbearable so i couldve taken anything at that point..
Yeah I am actually I get told I look young but I'm seriously 20. I don't have a reason to lie to people I don't know.
20? here in Louisiana its 18, 16 if you have a parents release. My artist said the absolute worst place is the armpit anywhere else is just "shades of gray"
I only have them on my arms. When the needle hit bone is the only time it ever really is much of a pain. The shoulder wouldn't hurt too much. The back either really... IDK, how tough are you?
Mine hurt like hell for the whole outline. My legs were shaking and I couldn't stop. The only thing I was able to keep from shaking was the arm he was working on. But its not bad enough to stop me from going back again, and again, and again.
Whered you get it done pushit? I've gotten tattooed on my foot, arm and chest. My foot was by far the most painful. I almost snapped my thumb chewing on it to take my mind off the pain.
I'd have to agree with ribs. Though i only had small bits of my tattoo go up on them, when he was there i could FEEL it. Never had i hurt so much during a session. *shudder*
Artist friends of mine tell me the bottom of your foot, the part that doesn't normally touch ground, is hands down the most painful spot on the body to tattoo. Armpit makes sense as well. From my own experience, the most painful was the inner part of the elbow. So just under the bicep. Not sure what that spot is called.
