This is a question that I've been thinking of lately, to make sure I don't do anything dangerous.

How many hours after taking your "max/safe" dose is it safe to dose again? For instance, let's say I hypothetically took 60mg of oxy at 8:00PM on Friday. What would be the next safest time on Saturday to take another dose, without it adding on to the last dose still in my system? Or does it even matter once the high is gone?

    thx guyz :D

By morning you will be fine. or 8 hours without it adding to the last dose

    Thank you :D

I've been wondering that for a while, I don't know why I didn't ask earlier.

Oxycodone has a half life of at the most 4 hours. So 4 hours later...you have half of what you took left in your body effecting you. It's safe to redose then, not the entire dose obviously, but a bumper dose.

I agree with the above, about 8 hours for most the oxy to be out of your system, and about 4 hours if you want to bump the dose (say with 40mg).
