as a university student, I was involved in obligatory drinking/smoking last night. Upon deciding to go to the pub from a friends room, the vaporizer was left out, unused. (we used it earlier in a different room).

unfortunately, my said friend's roommate is a psychotic bitch (for lack of better words), who deided to throw out/hide all of the caps to the alcohol bottles, as well as having no reasonable explanation for what happened to the missing (full) bottle of absolute vodka. On top of this, she proceeded to hand over the vaporizer (in the 2 hours we were gone) to the residence front desk/manager.

Now ive gotta try to get back my "tobacco and eucalyptus" vaporizer, and its presumably against the residence agreement to a) have paraphenalia and b) smoke in the room.

I doubt there will be any punative measures taken, but im not sure whats going to happen to my 100$ vaporizer. The residence staff have reasonable, but not concrete, evidence of my drug use (high times magazines/posters, morning glories, salvia) if they search my room, and the vaporizer was *only* for tobacco and eucalyptus use.

    1) Kill that bitch.

    2) Stop flaunting your marijuana use in a place it's clearly not allowed.

    3) Buy a new vape and let it go.

say it was for use at off campus locations and stored in your room. I have a volcano and would fight tooth and nail if admins ever got hold of it

well, finally got a hold of the rez. manager.

its prohibited to a) have paraphenalia in room and b) smoke in room, but they will give it back so that i may remove it from the property.

If found again, I will be fined. looks im in the clear.

id say stick with the vape. if they find the bong you can't really argue that it was used for tobacco b/c it will prob be caked with res.

yeah i don't see the point to removing the vape only to bring back the bong as a replacement. might be wise to get rid of the high times magazines and such too if you are hot on their radar...although it isn't illegal it gives them a little something to munch on if their hungry.
