Having panic attack on weed right now.

    i feel like im going to die help. i smoke a 5 sack of some good stuff. it had many amber resins on it. but real shitty mindest.

    Don't be a bitch, you will be fine. Get a glass of water, or better yet get a firecracker(popcicle not explosive) and get some fresh air. Take nice even breaths, Relax.

    Put on some scooby doo, grab a soda, get a snack, and laugh your ass off.

    just remember you aren't going to die, lol. i always feel better by reassuring myself that i won't die.

    also, grab something to snack on, or something to drink, put on some music or a movie you won't mind listening to and just lay down, close your eyes and relax. the high will only last a little bit, just breathe a little slower and get something to sip on. you'll feel much, much better in a few. pm me if you want.

    Go outside or take a bath or watch some TV. Try to chill out your not going to die, it's easier said then done I have been there and I wasn't even high

    if you want to come down fast: eat something, drink a soda and go for a run/pushups/some sort of exercise. not necessarily in that order.
