I'd say I am by FAR better for the environment than most americans, but I still don't feel that I am doing enough to protect this earth. Are there some websites that list serious environmental issues that my support (ie letter writing, petitions ect.) can help? If I knew about more environmental legislation I would be sure to support it by writting letters to all my representitves and telling others to do the same. Likewise if I knew something really bad was about to go down I would oppose it in any way I could, I just want to know about more issues and get more involved. Thanks!
yeah greenpeace has alot of petitions and such for all types of enviromental issues. I used the site to protest GWBs destruction of the pristine forests in the northwest

Hi Treephiend, We have an eco tips knowledge base that lets you find out ways you can help the environment (www.theenvironmentsite.org/Knowledge_Base). You can also 'donate for free' at a range of sites over at www.donationjunction.com . The sites help a range of causes, from the environment to poverty. Adi
