A group of student were asked by their teacher to list what they thought the 7 wonders of the world would be, the following were written down 1. Egypt`s great pyramids 2. Taj mahal 3. Grand canyon 4. Panama Canal 5. Empire state Building 6. St Peter`s Basilica 7 Great wall of China. While gathering votes the teacher noticed one quiet student had not turned in her paper. So asked if she were having trouble with the list. The student replied'yes, alittle. I couldnt make up my mind because there were so many". The teacher said"well tell us what you have, and maybe we can help". The student hesitated, then read "I think the seven wonders of the world are, 1. To see 2. To hear 3. To touch 4. To Taste 5. To feel 6. To laugh, and 7 To love...... The room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The things we overlook as simple, ordinary and take for granted are truely wonderous! Consider this a reminder about the most precious things in life. Now Smile!
While the things in the first list are interesting, The ones in the second list are far more important...
I agree too...but if you think about it...the girl states that there are too many to list..so maybe to imagine was number 8
I'm sure it is a wonderful story. But at the moment, it just makes me want abandon pacifism and punch that girl in the face. Just being honest. ... sorry.
