You know what i think needs fixing it is gay marriages. I mean homosexuals are people too so they should have the same rights. I think if the ban homosexual marriges they should ban heterosexual marriges gay people deserve rights too. It is wrong why people hate homosexuals i mean just becuase they like the same sex doesnt mean they are bad or evil or unclean or anything they deserves rights and they should get them
yea...but then they wouldnt be able to tell you how you should live no more...we all know that when 1 domino falls the rest ain't far behind.... before long they wouldn't have no influence in how you live your life....then how will they con you into working to make them more $$$$$.......think about it...what are you doing when you are working..???....your making yourself some money...right?...but ultimately, who is making the real money..?? why would you be getting paid to be doing what you are doing if what you were doing didn't involve the allowance of a select few, to sit on their fat asses choking on money.....sure some people work hard and get what they want the old fashion way.....but thats the beauty of it all, we can get in on the action, we can work, and save, and invest, and even play the lottery....but does this even begin to compare to the robberbarrons sitting in washington, controlling rules and regulations of everything concievable, and seeing to it that the companies that they have interest in succeeds, regardless of the wake left behind.....then to sit high on they're fucking thrones eating veal and caviar, while kids in they're own town are fucking starving.........hate to get so off topic but it ultimately falls back to capitalism not working right unless the people in charge control in some manner the way society percieves ideas/ideals....

You just don't get, having sex with someone of the same gender is just plain wrong. The fact that the gay community trys to make it normal doesn't mean that it is. I'm not a homophob, I just will not sit back and agree that it's ok to have sex with the same gender.
There are plenty of examples of wild animals exhibiting "gay" behavior. SO it definitely isn't that unnatural. Homosexuality has been around for ages. So it isn't that abnormal. Stop being so scared of it. If you don't like it, don't associate yourself with anyone you know to be gay. But there is no reason to be ignorant and disrespectful.
marriage is a special bond between a man and a woman. they should have something else for gay people. gay relationships are obviously not the same, so why should marriage? i think that we should leave marriage between a man and a woman, because then the value of a marital bond would go down if they extended it to everyone. just like the value of the dollar goes down when they print more up, for example. gay people should seal their bond in a different way. and i think that science is natures way of telling people homosexuality is wrong. to understand what i mean, do some research on gay people.

well now, u seem pretty educated. so it wont be surprising to you when i cite Darwin's theory of natural selection. these animals are obviously unfit for your environment, and will not survive, and will not pass on their genetic traits. also, im not 100% positive, but i read somewhere that humans and dolphins are the only two species to have sex for pleasure. so im guessing that these animals either dont know what they are doing, or are best friends.

I think its hard enough in this world to find someone to have a casual shag with, let alone find someone who you can make a mature, loving bond with. If two people have found each other, and if their love is already recognised as a legal one, then people should be celebrating the fact that love still exists, not condemning it because they personally are not attracted to the same types of people as those getting married. I just think that love is really rare in a cynical, selfish society like ours, and banning two people from formally declaring that love is a horrible thing to do.

I guess I'm just one of these people who views the governmental contractual marriage as just that ... a contract with the the government that affords people certain financial etc.. benefits that doesn't have diddly squat to do with love or cherishing. I had a friend that called cocaine the gay drug because he knew lots of people who tried being gay on it. I support gay marriage. The most powerful argument for it, I think, is about children. Same-sex couples will always raise children through adoption, I don't think anyone will argue with that. The question is, then, would those children be better off if their parents had the legal benefits of marriage? I think so. The most popular delusion on the right is that if we legalize same sex marriage, there will be more same-sex couples. This is simply untrue. I haven't met a single straight person that has said they would turn gay if same-sex marriages were legal. The other good argument, that someone above made, is that in the eyes of the law, marriage is nothing more than a contract. No one is saying that churches would have to recognize same-sex marriage.
