    ...my good friend Stinkfoot, I thought I should drop by and say hello. :smile: This seems to be the best place to get my feet wet before plunging in.

    Besides hailing from a small town north of Montreal and being a fitness/nutrition nut, what else is there to know? Simply ask...:cool:
