alright, some people get these and some don't... i feel really bad for those that don't. it seems like most people share this amazing phenomenon when listening to something that really, really resonates with their taste and hits that sensory PEAK zone...

who here gets these on a regular basis, and what bands give you the chills everytime you hear them?

I get them too... alot. I mainly get them when I listen to Tool, Neil Young, or Pink Floyd. I think they are great - definitely makes the music live to it's fullest potential.

    I get them a lot.

but I get them most when I am playing music.
I'm an orchestral horn player and when I perform, basically from the moment the orchestra starts tuning until I walk offstage I'm made of goosebumps.
it happens in rehearsal sometimes, too, when things go well -- but performances always get me like that.

it's the coolest shit in the world.

I get the feeling of "Musical goosebumps" when i hear a beautiful voice or rythmic music progression. Terrapin Station about tops the list.
