Growing mushrooms?

I'm too sleepy to look into this deeply tonight so I'll just ask. Can you actually get the spores and spore prints?(whatever that is) and grow your own mushrooms? I saw an ad in High Times that had a thing like that where all you do is do something and put it in a dark spot for a while or something like that but it was well over $100. Is there anyway to actually grow myself mushrooms for somewhat little money? I don't want to sell, I just want to trip. Plus it would be nice to ingest a drug I cultivated myself.

 

ofc u can, and its not too hard - tho u might fuck up on first couple of tries, but u can be extra careful and succeed in the first time. There are ALOT tutorials in web. Just write "growing shrooms" to google or youtube and get urself started.

have any friends living in another state? give them the money, plus a few bucks, and have them order it. then have them mail it to you.

 

All I've got is my Uncle but he wouldn't even talk about it on the phone in case its tapped(grows his medical). Think I could set up a p.o. box in Washington or something? I don't know much about the shipping.

toughest thing for you to come by at age 17 is going to be a pressure cooker, unless you borrow it from mom. Other then that just some nice soil from your local garden supply shop.

Growing is the way to go, shrooms multiply so fast, one spore syringe will give you 4-8 OZ on the first try and all of that is dropping ALOT more spores

 

If you read through the whole thing youd know its not gonna happen, I'm in one of three states that it is illegal to have them sent to.

And a pressure cooker would be really easy to get, its called a thrift store.

Gotta be careful with used pressure cookers though..a pressure cooker could be a bomb blowing on your stove, gotta be extra careful if it comes used/without the manuals and all that.

 

Well it doesn't matter anyway since I can't get a hold of the spores. Unless of course there is some reliable company willing to ship illegally to me, which I doubt.

 

Dude i've been in at least two different head shops in Spokane that sell spores. One of them you had to buy a whole kit, the other had spore prints for $20. Not far from where you live right? Go check them out.

 

I'll have to look into it or give them a call, it was probably peace of mind your talking about. I'll have to find out. If they did have them that would be sweet.

 

man all you need is a pressure cooker aqnd some jars, most expensive part.

when you order spores go about it as normally ordering somthing, the spore companies will ship it to restricted states! about 10% of mail is inspected, DONT WORRY, they are more worried about all the weird stuff coming through all the ports in the us (which are owned by China) order up bitch, it will come, even if you are in a restricted state, same applies to ordering seeds from Holland.
growing them is easy as fuck, it all depends on how tidy of a mother fucker
you are.

When it comes to pressure cookers, if it doesnt have a pressure gauge set it on medium heat until it blows it's safety valve, or if it does have a gauge, wait till it reaches 15 psi, if it doesn't pop, squish the pop valve spring down, or cut it short. the typical pressure cooker can withstand up to 300psi, dont worry, if it takes over 50 minutes to pop, pop it for it.
