Looking for help, advice on curing PE..

Like i stated, i've browsed around a bit and have seen people saying they have techniques on how to stop my premature ejaculation. Its not an extreme case but i cant seem to last more then 4-5 min and its really annoying and an ego killer because i really want to please my girlfriend...

If anyone has any tips and advice i would greatly appreciate it.

practice with masturbation works. you can also try having her pull on your balls when you're about to cum. or you can do the stop-and-start method. when you start getting there just stop. you can use that time for kissing, then after you've calmed down you can start again.
