well now THAT'S fucked.

 

the fat is just the layer on the top, its the same color as the meat.

 

The ring around the outside is fat (blubber) but the symmetrical shapes inside is muscle tissue (meat) and the circle in the center is the core (spine).

Looks yummy, but the prospect of eating a whale sickens me.

 

Kinda looks like a giant ham.

I wouldn't be above tasting it. Unless it just reeked like fish from the get go, then I might have to pass. The smell of fish reminds me of chicks with bad hygiene.

Wouldn't smell like fish. It's a mammal. Amphibians don't taste or smell like fish so I doubt mammals would.

When you think that a whale's brain is about 10 feet in diameter.
