Administrators allegedly used student to bust another kid for marijuana.

Three middle school administrators in the northern San Fernando Valley have been reassigned for allegedly asking a boy to buy marijuana as part of an informal sting operation against another student.

The LAPD says they are investigating the Porter Middle School official who orchestrated the sting and the alleged drug-dealing student. Deputy Chief Michel Moore says a school administrator asked a 12-year-old student to buy a small amount of marijuana from another student on Feb. 18 in an effort to frame the 14-year-old dealer.

Moore says the case has been presented to the district attorney. He says the administrator could be charged with child endangerment and using a minor to transport narcotics. The 14-year-old has not been arrested.

Moore says the administrator ran this idea by two other administrators who are also under investigation.
