So- if any of you young hippies want to pass on some of the phrases and their meanings -please do! If you do choose to, just give us a couple of examples at a time. but I send 50 a day I would say. I have customers texting me, my grandma used to text me. nothing like seeing "LOL, ROFL" from your grandma. thank my lucky stars that I have a pda and can send full words to people.
I can send full words to people. . . If you can text fast it's not a lot of trouble to type out whole words.
ugh..i hate the whole texting thing because everywhere i go, all i see is people so into their cellphones just texting away and they dont pay attention to the world around them. sry to all you texting folks, just what i think...
my phone got stolen about a month ago, and it was one of the best things that happened to me. i spend so much time on it, it owned me rather than vise versa.people are addicted to material things, and getting a cell phone just makes things worse. im just as connected with pople as when i had one.

The best one I know is: fck u mf That means: Fuck you mother fucker. To be honest though, I'd say don't bother with text speak. Just type as you wish and understand what you can from instinct. Most people talk to you as you talk to them. Random messages telling you they will BRB will be rightfully ignored.
I usually text people, I know they don't feel like talking. Its easy as typing, you just need to get used to it and its just like riding a bike.
