Im on the texas gulf coast and we got snow (2-3 feet) Christmas Eve in 2002 or 03 <<< can't remember exactly. We also got snow this year but it was less than an inch and didn't stick very long. Of course today it's hot and HUMID!
It's grey and miserable as usual over here in Scotland. Temperature has barely broken 10, and the trees are still leafless. There is a hint of spring in the air though, and the tress and bushes are starting to shoot leaves. Damnit Texas you are not hot enough, you're supposed to heat us up via the gulf stream.
i live in austin i won't be at sxsw this year cause i'll be traveling for a couple months but i went to a bunch of shows last year and had a blast. it's fucking great.
I had lots of fun last year too, what a great time it is, no matter what you are into Just getting all the logistics worked out is a major pain, but once i get there i will be ecstatic I am sure...ecstatic and busy...3 shows so far
