I really do. I went to the Science Center in St. Louis with my parents and my sister and we all did the sit and reach and I made it to 0. I used to be able to make it to -3 or -4! I feel so out of shape! I wanna go run to feel better, but it's below freezing outside and if my parents see me leaving they will think im out doing drugs or something retarded like that. I might just go do sit ups or push ups if I can't get out to run.

I went on my usual walk today, and for some reason it took me much longer than usual, the only thing I can think of was that I was moving slowly because it was like only 30 degrees outside today. cold makes ya go slower right?

nah...I am so pissed off today. I have even let my dog out without a leash in hopes that she will run away. I've also decided to lay off of alcohol for lent(I'm not even Catholic just wanted to make a goal and stick to it)Normally alcohol chills me out by this time of the day and erases all my irritations. Today, I'm overwhelmed. I think I need a release.
